उ0प्र0 पुलिस कॉस्टेबल पुलिस भर्ती आनलाइन आवेदन हेतु जरूरी दस्तावेज
- 1.) हाईस्कूल एवं इण्टरमीडिएट की मार्कशीट
- 2.) निवास प्रमाण पत्र (OBC/SC/ST के लिए वर्ष 2018 का ही मान्य)
- 3.) जाति प्रमाण पत्र (OBC के लिए 01/04/2018 के बाद का ही मान्य एवं SC/ST के लिए पूर्व में बने हुए भी मान्य )
Photo & Signature (Size & Dimensions):
फार्म में अन्य सूचनाओं के अतिरिक्त फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अलग-अलग स्कैन करके अपलोड करना होगा। अभ्यर्थी अपनी रंगीन फोटो आवेदन में उल्लिखित निर्धारित आकार (न्यूनतम 30 KB तथा अधिकतम 80 KB) व हस्ताक्षर (न्यूनतम 06 KB तथा अधिकतम 80 KB) में ही स्कैन करें। यह भी ध्यान रखें कि रंगीन फोटो नवीनतम होनी चाहिए। रंगीन फोटो का आकार 35 mm (1.4 inch) x 45 mm (1.75 inch) का होना चाहिए जिसमें फोटो का लगभग 70% प्रतिशत भाग चेहरे से आच्छादित हो। सेवारत अभ्यर्थी की फोटो में कोई बर्दी धारित नहीं होनी चाहिए। अभ्यर्थी का फोटोग्राफ निम्न मानक के अनुरूप होना चाहिए:
- 1)- चेहरे की छवि स्पष्ट दिखनी चाहिए। चेहरे पर अत्यधिक चमक/छाया नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- 2)- नामांकन के लिए फोटो 6 महीने के भीतर लिया गया हो।
- 3)- सफेद या हल्के ग्रे रंग की सादी पृष्ठभूमि आवश्यक है।
- 4)- दुड्डी से शिखर तक साफ दिखता हो।
- 5)- तटस्थ अभिव्यक्ति (मुह बन्द, ऑखें खुली)।
- 6)- चेहरे के दोनों किनारे (दोनों कान) साफ दिखते हुए।
- 7)- कैमरे पर सीधी नजर हो।
- 8)- चश्मा पहनने की स्थिति में आँखें साफ दिखनी चाहिए और ग्लास रंगीन नहीं
होना चाहिए। - 9)- फोटो में टोपी, मफलर आदि धारण नहीं करना चाहिए।
- अभ्यर्थी 3.5 cm चौड़ा व 1.5 cm लम्बे कागज के टुकड़े पर काली स्याही से पूर्ण हस्ताक्षर बनाकर JPEG, JPG, JPE के प्रारूप में स्कैन करेंगे जिसका आकार 5KB से अधिक व 20KB से कम होना चाहिये।
- यदि उपरोक्तानुसार फोटो अपलोड नहीं किया जाता है, तो बोर्ड द्वारा अभ्यर्थी का आवेदन पत्र अस्वीकार किया जा सकता है। फोटो व हस्ताक्षर निर्धारित आकार में स्कैन करके अपलोड नहीं किया जाता है तो आवेदन पत्र को स्वीकार नहीं किया जायेगा।
