Details of Tripura Police Constable Vacancy :

Constable – 1000 (Men 668 & Women 332)

Tripura Police Constable Age Limit :

• Between 18 and 24 years on the 1st day of January of the year in which selection is held and maximum age limit relaxable upto 5 years for candidates belonging to SCs & STS categories.

In case of recruitment from SPOs.

• Between 18 and 30 years as on 1st day of January in which selection is held.
• Candidate must have done active service as Special Police Officer for a minimum of 3 years.

Tripura Police Constable Pay Scale :

Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018, Level – 6, Cell – 01.

Tripura Police Constable Education Qualification :

• For Un-reserved Category – passed in Madhyamik or equivalent board examination.
• For SCs/ STa Category – Class VIII passed.

In case of recruitment from Special Police (Micas (SPOs)

• Class VIII passed for all categories UR/SCH/STa candidates.

Desirable:- knowledge of Bengali or Kokborok.
