About SIDBI Assistant Manager Examination :
Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) Will be Released the Written Exam Date For Assistant Manager Examination, The Computer Based Examination Will Be Tentatively Conduct in the Month Of January / February, 2023* at Prescribed Examination Centres. Now All the Candidates are Eagerly Waiting for Their Exam Pattern & Topic Wise Detailed Syllabus. Here We have Mentioned Exam Pattern, Important Topics, & Detailed Syllabus Below;
About Pre-Recruitment Training (PRT) :
Pre-recruitment training (PRT) would be conducted for SC/ST/OBC candidates for 8 days’ duration. Accordingly, PRT would be conducted for willing SC/ST /OBC candidates whose applications are found eligible as per the eligibility criteria stipulated by SIDBI. PRT would be conducted Online. Candidates who desire to avail of the training programme may indicate their willingness while filling the online application form.
Please note that undergoing the training will not confer any right to the candidate to be called for the Examination or for recruitment in SIDBI’s service.
Exam Pattern For SIDBI Assistant Manager (Grade A) Posts :
The selection process for the post would be by way of an Online examination comprising of objective test as well as descriptive test followed by Personal Interview. Candidates who qualify based on the minimum cut -off marks decided by SIDBI, would be called for interview.
- There will be Two Section in Written Exam.
- Computer Based Test & Descriptive Test.
- The Written Exam will be Online (Computer Based Test).
- Pre Exam Will be Multiple Choice Objective Type.
- The Level Of Examination will be 12th / Intermediate.
- There will be Asked 163 Questions / 250 Marks in the Examination.
- Total Time Duration will be Given 03:00 Hours (Three Hours) For this Exam.
- Question Paper will be Set in English/Hindi Languages.
- There will be Negative Marking Of 1/4 marks in the Examination.

Recently, Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has Released the Official Notification For Assistant Manager Posts. But Not Provided the Detailed Syllabus the Written Examination Yet. SIDBI will soon Release the Detailed Syllabus For this Assistant Manager Post. Candidates can Check any Update Related To the Syllabus & Exam Pattern On their Official Website (https://www.sidbi.in/). We Will Provide the Same Information as Soon as we get Any Update Form the Official Update.
SIDBI Assistant Manager Interview Process :
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the Online Examination will subsequently be called for an Interview. Interviews would be held at 5 centres viz. Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and New Delhi. Candidates will have to indicate their preferred centre for interview in the online application form separately. However, SIDBI reserves the right to cancel any of the Examination/Interview Centres and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.
The details regarding the time date and address of the venue of the Pre – Recruitment Training / Online Examination / Interview to the shortlisted eligible candidates will be intimated through Call Letters, E-mail and SMS.
Medical Test & Document Verification For Final Selection :
All the Qualified Candidates in Written Examination, Interview Round will have to Appear for Verification of their Original Documents on the Specified Date and Place.
The following documents in original and attested photocopies in support of the candidate’s eligibility and identity are to be invariably submitted at the time of interview.
- (a) Printout of the valid Interview Call Letter.
- (b) Valid system generated printout of the online application form.
- (c) Duly authenticated Exam call letter (with authenticated copy of ID proof).
- (d) Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate issued by the Competent Municipal Authorities or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with DOB).
- (e) Photo Identify Proof.
- (f) Proof of Permanent Address as indicated at S.No.8(ix).
- (g) Marksheets & certificates for Graduation or equivalent qualification etc.
- (h) Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format as stipulated by Government of India in the case of SC/ST/OBC/EWS category candidates.
- (i) Disability certificate in prescribed format issued by the District Medical Board in case of Persons with Disability category.
- (j) No Objection Certificate.
- (k)Ex –serviceman Certificate
- (l) Experience certificates, if any.
- (m) Any other relevant documents in support of eligibility
No documents shall be directly sent to SIDBI by candidates before or after the interview.
