Check Exam Pattern Details :

The Exam Pattern Will be as Follows:

Preliminary Exam :

• Exam Will be Objective Type.
• Questions will be in the form of MCQs.
• Total Number of Questions will be 100 Questions.
• Maximum Marks for this exam weill 100 Marks.
• Every question will be of 1 mark each.
• Time allocated for this exam will be of 2 hours.

Mains Exam :

• मुख्य परीक्षा कम्प्यूटर पर आयोजित की जावेगी, इसके लिए प्रत्येक अभ्यर्थी को पृथक से कम्प्यूटर की-बोर्ड सहित प्रदान किया जावेगा। अभ्यर्थी को अपना कम्प्यूटर या की-बोर्ड लाने की अनुमति नहीं होगी।
  समस्त अभ्यर्थियों को हिन्दी टाईपिंग रेमिंगटन गेल (REMINGTON GAIL) मे ही करना है।
• शीघ्रलेखक ग्रेड-2, शीघ्रलेखक ग्रेड-3, शीघलेखक ग्रेड-3 (कोर्ट मैनेजर स्टाफ) की मुख्य परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों को 5 मिनिट में लगभग 400 शब्दों का हिन्दी डिक्टेशन दिया जायेगा, जिसके अनुलेखन (Transcription) हेतु 30 मिनिट का समय दिया जायेगा। डिक्टेशन के अनुलेखन को कम्प्यूटर में टाईप कराया जावेगा।
• मूल डिक्टेशन के दौरान व पश्चात् अभ्यर्थी को आपत्ति करने का अधिकार नहीं होगा। मुख्य परीक्षा में डिक्टेशन नोट करने हेतु नोट-बुक पृथक से प्रदान की जावेगी। उपरोक्त नोट-बुक में डिक्टेशन Long Hand में लिखे होने पर संपूर्ण अंक काटे जावेंगे।
• सहायक ग्रेड-3 की मुख्य परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों को 10 मिनिट में लगभग 350 शब्दों का हिन्दी टाईपिंग मैटर टाईप करना होगा। तत्पश्चात् अभ्यर्थियों को हिन्दी डायरेक्ट डिक्टेशन दिया जावेगा, जो कि लगभग 400 शब्दो का होगा, जिसे अभ्यर्थियों को सुनकर कम्प्यूटर में सीधे टाईप करना।
• सहायक ग्रेड-3 (English Knowing) की मुख्य परीक्षा में अभ्यर्थियों को 5 मिनिट में लगभग 400 शब्दों का अंग्रेजी डिक्टेशन दिया जायेगा, जिसके अनुलेखन (Transcription) एवं कम्प्यूटर में टाईपिंग हेतु 30 मिनिट का समय दिया जायेगा।
• दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थियों की मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु नियमानुसार उपयुक्त व्यवस्था की जाएगी। दृष्टिबाधित अभ्यर्थियों के लिये केवल एक केंद्र यथासंभव बनाया जा सकेगा एवं उनकी मुख्य परीक्षा हेतु नियमानुसार व्यवस्था की जावेगी।
