Education Qualification of DDA Various Posts:

Assistant Section Officer (i) Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from any recognized University. (ii) Computer Proficiency.
Architecture AssistantDegree in Architecture from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.
Legal Assistant(i) Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent; and (ii) 03 years’ experience at Bar. FOR DDA EMPLOYEE Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for Registration at Bar and appearing before the Courts) from a recognized University or equivalent and 03 years of regular service in DDA.
Naib Tehsildar Essential: i) Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with 50% marks or above. Desirable: 1. Knowledge of application of various acts, regulation and procedures concerning Land and Estate matters;
Possession of Degree in Law would be an added advantage. Note: Training shall be imparted to the new incumbents by the department and probation shall be lifted only on successful completion of the training.
Junior Engineer (Civil)Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution or equivalent.
Surveyor(i) Diploma OR two years’ National Trade Certificate in Surveying from recognized Institute or equivalent and (ii) Two years’ experience in Survey work. shall be lifted only on successful completion of the training.
PatwariGraduate from any recognized University or equivalent thereof.

DDA Various Posts Written Exam Pattern

The Exam Pattern Will be as Follows:

Junior Engineer (Elect./Mech.)The question paper shall be of 02 Hours duration of 120 marks consisting of 120 questions of objective type (multiple choice questions) of the respective discipline as well as questions on test of reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and English language

Stage II: Examination will be conventional type. i.e. pen and paper method consisting of translation and essay of 200 Marks of 02 Hrs. duration. The paper will contain two passages for translation-one passage for translation from Hindi to English and one passage for translation from English to Hindi, and an Essay each in Hindi and English, to test the candidate’s translation skills and their ability to write as well as comprehend the two languages correctly, precisely and effectively.
Planning AssistantThe question paper shall be of 02 Hours duration of 120 marks consisting of 120 questions of objective type (multiple choice questions) of the respective discipline as well as questions on test of reasoning, quantitative aptitude, general awareness and English language

The standard and syllabus of the On-Line examination will be of the level of prescribed minimum qualification. The medium of the On-Line examination will be Hindi / English only for all categories of posts. The weightage of marks of Computer Based Examination will be 85 % and Interview will be of 15% marks, wherever prescribed.

Penalty for wrong answers:

Candidates should note that in order to discourage the guess work, in all such cases where the question is of 01 marks, there will be penalty of 0.33 marks (negative marking) for wrong answers / multiple answers marked by a candidate in the objective type question papers having four alternatives. However, where question is of 02 marks, there will be penalty of 0.66 marks (negative marking).

Preparation of Merit:

The minimum qualifying marks will be as under:

DDA may give further relaxation in minimum qualifying marks to the Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBDs) at its discretion.

The merit list of all the successful candidates for respective posts shall be prepared separately on the basis of marks scored by the candidates in On-Line Computer Based Examination as well as in the interview, wherever prescribed taken together.

For the post of Junior Translator (Official Language) : Stage II examination shall be evaluated in respect of only those candidates who attain the minimum qualifying standards in Stage I examination as may be fixed at the discretion of the Authority. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Stage I and Stage II taken together.

However, in case two or more candidates acquire same merit position, then their date of birth shall be deciding factor to determine their merit, i.e. the elder candidate shall be placed higher in the merit-list.

Verification of documents:

Shortlisted candidates who are successful in the examination shall be called for verification of documents as well as of identity before issuing the offer/appointment letter, the date of which will be intimated separately.

It shall be mandatory for the candidates to appear for documents and identity verification. The candidates are advised to bring with them the following original documents along with one set of the self-attested copies of all the documents specified for the purpose of verification detailed below: –

  • System generated printout of application with candidate’s scanned photograph and signature.
  • Fee payment challan in support of depositing the prescribed fee.
  • Certificate/ Marks-sheet of Secondary School Exam in which date of birth of the candidate is indicated.
  • Degrees & Certificates of all educational and professional/ higher qualification, along with marks- sheets of all years/ semesters.
  • Experience certificate (wherever applicable).
  • Certificate of SC/ST /OBC /EWS, as the case may be, issued by the concerned Competent Authority, (if applicable). Certificates for SC/ST, OBC and EWS category should be as per specimen attached respectively. Non-Creamy Layer OBC Certificate should not be more than one- year-old.
  • Employment Certificate, if you are an existing employee of DDA or anywhere in service. Candidates already employed with Govt. Departments/PSU/Autonomous Bodies will have to produce ‘No Objection Certificate (NOC)’ from the employer at the time of document verification, if offered appointment.
  • Disability Certificate (Showing the type & percentage of disability) issued by the concerned competent authority as per specimen attached.
  • Photo Identity proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, Driving License etc.
  • All other documents, as per details given in the notification and/or call letter.
  • In case a candidate does not appear before the interview board or for verification of documents / identity along with original documents, he/she shall not be eligible for appointment and his/her candidature shall be rejected forthwith. Neither any request for change in date of verification of identity/documents / interview shall be entertained nor second opportunity shall be provided for verification of identity/ documents/ interview in any case.

About Educational Qualification of Delhi Police Constable :-

10+ 2 (Senior Secondary) pass from a recognized Board, on the closing
date of receipt of online applications.

Relax-able up to 11th pass only for:
(i) Bandsmen, buglers, mounted constables, drivers, dispatch riders, etc. of
Delhi Police only.
(ii) Sons of serving, deceased, retired police personnel including Multi Tasking Staff of Delhi Police.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess a valid driving license for LMV (Motor cycle or
Car) for the post of Constable (Executive) Male in Delhi Police as on the date of PE&MT.
Note: Learner License is not acceptable.

Candidates who have not acquired the essential educational qualification as stipulated date will not be eligible and need not apply.

About Application Fee :-

Mode of payment of fee payable Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only). Fee paid in respect of online applications through SBI Challan/Net banking and any credit and debit cards will be accepted.

  • Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, and Scheduled Tribes and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee, as per rules/instructions of Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
  • Fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.
  • Online fee can be paid by the candidates up to 09-09-2021 (2330Hours). However, candidates who wish to make the cash payment through challan of SBI, may make the payment in cash at the Branches of SBI within the working hours of bank up to 14-09-2021 provided the challan has been generated by them before 11-09-2021 (2330 Hours).
